James	yes david, warranties are not avalible in market you can only call and get from xbox customer support number. One thing once you buy warranty to cancel or refund you have to write a letter to warranty center you cant get refunded from call center. so make sure you really want to get it. you can also buy the warranty from store but they might be expensive and you can only buy warranty in the stores, first 30 days i think from your purchase date	5/29/2007 8:15:26 AM
David Pen	thanks guys i did not come all these days but i did buy it in the store, as its easy if i have trouble i can talk directly to a manager rather than waiting in the Q and they tell what they read in scripts and never do anything better.... but i really thank you guys explaining	6/4/2007 4:57:08 AM
