Hi everyone,
I just want to let you all know that the spring update that my xbox automatically downloaded last night has bricked it. I get 3 red lights on the ROL and the power supply LED is green. This means that I need to send it back! This is the second time it has happened to me (Fall update nightmare), but this time Microsoft tell me that I am out of warranty! The xbox they sent me after the last bricking was older and that one is out of warranty! DON'T UPDATE YET!!!! WAIT UNTIL THE INCOMPETANT IDIOTS SORT IT OUT!!!!! I have to pay £85 to get it repaired which I think is just criminal. They broke it, they should fix it. The support call centre (India) say that it was just a coincidence, and that coincidence happened twice!!!!!! Idiots. Microsoft: I will be taking legal action to regain this money. Standby.
