hey guys i choose to kill the woman of Dementia and not the man of mania. after i beat the shivering isles i still can't get that achievement no matter what i do? how can i poison the food if he is already dead? i can't believe they would put an achievement that you can not get on the list. please i need help it is eating me alive. grrr.
