Hey, when i call the xbox support line they always do the troubleshoot and i, my friends called several times, they do the same troubleshoots like
clearning up cache restarting console playing different games unplug, reconnect, power cycle blah blah blah
does not resolve my case then they create they repair
its like machines not doing the repair immediatly solves my time on the phone why does not they do it at the beging

you need to go through the troubleshooting because sometimes troubleshooting resolves the problem. its better to troubleshoot and maybe fix the problem over the phone instead of having to send the console in for 3 weeks.
