When my kids turn on the XBOX 360 & sign-in, it says they're connected to XBOX Live, but when they try to actually play a game with their friends, it says they are NOT connected.
We have talked to support, we have unplugged the router, waited and re-plugged it in. We have tried ot make new accounts, and all the standard quick fix things they advise. There was one day that XBOX said they'd be down for maintanence, etc. After that, the boys could never get the LIVE play back up. Everyone is extrememly frustrated, can you help us? Thanks so much!
